Suleiman’s wife reaches a refugee camp in Turkey with her daughters. In the camp, the officer asks her about her destination. She tells him that she wants to go to Europe. But the officer, after checking her bio-data, asks her to go back to Syria. Hanin watches the news of the Paris attack on TV in the camp along with a video message from Suleiman.
A meeting was going on at the CIA headquarters on the Paris attacks and Suleiman’s previous records. Suddenly Jack remembers the video game through which Ali used to talk to his brother. Jack gives everyone the idea that they can talk to Mousa through the same game because he still doesn’t know that his brother is dead.
There is news on TV about Ali that he had attacked a church and the police is searching for him. After watching the news, Mousa calls his man and asks him to do something. He refuses but then agrees on Suleiman’s insistence.
Moussa Sulaiman calls Dr. Nadler and asks him what he and his team need. Dr. Nadler says that they need good food, water and some medicines. Suleiman agrees to give them everything they need and asks them to make a list.
As soon as Doctor Nadler leaves, Suleiman starts remembering his past. Year 2001, in France, Suleiman leaves his job and comes to meet his brother Ali. Ali tells him that Halim has given him a gun. Suleiman gets very angry at him. After some time, both of them sit on a chair where Ali starts smoking a cigarette. Two police officers reach there and seeing Ali smoking, they ask him to stand up. One officer starts searching Ali. To save Ali, Suleiman starts fighting with other officers and tells Ali to run away from there.
Hanin tells the officer in the refugee camp that she is in danger from her husband and that she and her daughters should be given visas so that they can get out of Turkey. The agent refuses to give her the visa. But he also tells her that whoever can give some information to the government can have a chance of getting a visa. After hearing this, Hanin tells him that Mousa bin Suleiman is her husband. But Hanin is afraid to give more information because her son is still with Suleiman. And she runs away from there.
Jack is informed about this by his team member over the phone. Jack asks her to track Hanin and try to extract information from her. Hanin meets someone named Sadik in the camp and asks him to give her all her gold in exchange for going to Europe.
Jack, Greer, and the rest of the team are present in a conference room. Jack tries to talk to Suleiman by becoming Ali through the same video game. But Suleiman comes to know in the conversation that it is not Ali but Jack who he met in Yemen. Jack tells him that his brother is dead now. He also tells him about Hanin. Suleiman gets angry and closes the chat.
At the end of the episode, one of Suleiman’s men, Yazid, asks Sadiq about Hanin in the camp. Hanin and her daughters are seen sitting in a truck. Greer and Jack are coming to find Hanin by taking a flight. And with this, episode 5 ends.
